The majority of our business clients are IT related businesses, e-commerce firms or off-line businesses trying to break into on-line trading. We advise on the whole new set of legal requirements for businesses that trade on-line, these include data protection, on-line terms and conditions, returns policies, privacy statements and contracts. We offer a free website health check service to identify whether a website is legal. We spend time understanding our client's business and give our advice in plain English, as well as writing plain English documents, contracts and terms and conditions.

In addition to our specialism in e-commerce and IT we advise our clients on other aspects of business law. We offer legal health checks in such areas as Health & Safety and Internet Trading. We have a fixed fee debt recovery service. For £10 + VAT we write to the debtor giving just two days to pay. We experience an 86% success rate with the letters we send. For our business clients we often become the trusted adviser who also provides support on personal matters.

We don't just advise companies that use the latest technology, we also use it ourselves! Most of our client correspondence is via email, which means we can offer the kind of speed and flexibility that's unusual from lawyers. We believe in sharing our knowledge for free - we regularly speak at events and produce our own client E-Zine, which includes invaluable tips and advice.
